Yes and No. We specialize in select worldwide brands that reflect our commitment to excellence in service, value and experience. In other words: Can we book you on that "Booze Cruise"? Yes. Although it would not fall under our list of recommendations.
Nope! We book the same price that you see direct and are able to apply any existing promotions whether that be a hidden promotion that only we have access to, or any additional promotions (including Military, AAA, etc.) that the hotel/product is offering.
As third-party booking sites become more and more prevalent, so do sub-par trips with unnecessary headaches. These sites do not always give accurate information about what you are purchasing, and customers frequently experience problems when trying to check in to their hotel. To add, while these sites may claim to offer "incomparable prices", they often actually cost you more than booking directly with the hotel/product when all is said and done! With Hourglass Travel, you'll receive Travel Leaders perks at participating hotels, white glove assistance from our experienced Travel Advisors, save time on overwhelming research, and prevent inconvenient headaches that can come with booking third-party.
This totally depends on the resort/cruise/experience. If we are able to package airfare with your experience, we would be happy to help you. If there is no option to package airfare or if we don't find it valuable, then we encourage our clients to purchase their airfare separately through a preferred Airline (Southwest, Delta, Alaska, Hawaiian). If someone in your group is not tech-savvy, we can provide experienced assistance with purchasing the needed airfare.
